Items are all handmade to order and take 2-3 days to make, so we state 4-7 business days to ship. we send recorded delivery via courier. All plaques are packed well and secure and should reach you in perfect condition. For larger signs and custom work may take longer but we will confirm via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a return to base garantee. If for some reason the sign is not to your satisfation we will refund the cost back to you once the sign has been returned. Please let us no of any damages asap so we can help right away and in the best possible way. Our signs are made to last so we offer a return to base repair service from 1 year of purchase. you can send or bring to our workshop.
